BulkNotion provides productivity tools for Notion users, including:

  • Bulk updating of Notion database pages
  • Application of templates to existing pages
  • Filtering and batch processing of database items
  • Integration with the official Notion API

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You may sign up using Google OAuth or other provided authentication methods
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Security

  • Keep authentication credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any security breaches
  • One account per user unless explicitly authorized

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Maintain appropriate security measures for your Notion account
  • Not exceed authorized resource limits (e.g., API rate limits)
  • Not attempt to circumvent any service limitations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purposes

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Billing

  • Fees are based on the selected plan (e.g., Lifetime License, 7-Day Pass)
  • Payments are processed through authorized payment processors (Stripe)
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy

5.2 Changes to Fees

  • We may modify fees with 30 days notice
  • Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • We retain all rights to the Service and technology
  • Our trademarks and branding are protected

6.2 Your Rights

  • You retain full rights to your Notion data and content
  • You grant us limited rights to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service

7. Data Usage and Privacy

  • We do not store your Notion page content permanently

7.2 Data Security

  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • You are responsible for your Notion workspace's security settings

8. Service Level and Support

8.1 Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

8.2 Technical Support

  • Support is provided via email at support@bulknotion.com
  • Response times vary by issue severity

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss resulting from misuse of the bulk update tools
  • Force majeure events are excluded from liability

10. Term and Termination

10.1 Term

  • These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service

  • Either party may terminate with notice
  • We may terminate for violations of these Terms
  • You may export your data upon termination

11. Changes to Terms
